Faulty Products

  • Faulty products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Once the faulty product is received and inspected, we will provide a replacement product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the faulty product back to us.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

How to Process a Return

  3. Upon receiving the faulty product, we will send out a replacement promptly.

Non-Faulty Products

  • Please note that we do not accept returns for non-faulty products, as we focus on ensuring the quality of every item shipped.
