  • Returns: We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened item within 30 days of purchase. The return courier cost will be at the customer’s expense.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please note that items returned must be in their original, unused condition. Any items that have been opened or used are not eligible for a return.

4. Warranty and Replacements

  • All items within our survival bags come with a one-year warranty from our suppliers, covering manufacturing defects and items that do not operate properly out of the box.
  • If a product in your bag is found to be faulty within one year of purchase, we will arrange for a replacement of that specific item at no additional charge. The customer is responsible for any courier costs associated with returning the faulty item to us for replacement.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to provide high-quality products; however, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased, and we are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
